You understand that many products may be similar to yours and also may be in the public domain and therefore xClosure does not agree to keep your product confidential. xClosure will not copy or infringe on your copyrights for its own purposes but cannot protect against other 3rd party infringements while promoting your product to 3rd party investment companies, marketing agencies and the people they employ. xClosure is not obligated to share the results of its evaluation of the product and is not contractually bound in any way to use your submission. xClosure cannot be responsible for any material, videos, pictures that are lost or damaged as a result of the product submission. Customer is responsible for obtaining any and all copyrights, patents or trademarks that apply to the product, if applicable. Any information given by you is totally voluntary and you agree that you have not infringed on the copyrights, patents, or trademarks of others with respect to your product submission. You agree to give xClosure the right to reproduce any of the material in any format to others evaluating the product, either employees of xClosure or its 3rd party vendors and contacts. By submitting your product, you agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless xClosure and its vendors, distributors and 3rd party contacts from any liability arising from any claim. You agree to be submit to the jurisdiction of the Federal and State Courts of Utah.
